QUESTION 51


A 72-year-old woman with a history of mild Alzheimer’s disease presents with a new growth on her arm. The lesion has developed over several months, is painful and itchy. She has had multiple seborrheic keratoses treated with cryotherapy in the past and has a history of significant sun exposure with a background of chronic photodamage. On examination, there is an erythematous papule with a central keratotic core located on the forearm (51).
