A 14-year-old girl presents to the dermatology clinic for evaluation of a rapidly growing lesion on her chin. The patient recalls a possible mosquito bite to the area a week before developing a small red bump. The area has grown over the last 4 weeks and is easily traumatized and bleeds. On examination, there is an exophytic, bright red papule on the left chin (48).
