QUESTION 80


An 8-year-old Asian girl presents to the clinic with her parents due to a concern about a skin-coloured, firm protrusion near her ear. It has been present since birth and does not cause any symptoms, but can be painful with minor trauma and putting on clothing. On examination, there is a firm, exophytic skin-coloured growth in the preauricular area with a firm stalk-like base (80).
