A 20-year-old female presented with mottled pigmentation all over the body since her early childhood. There was no such history among family members. On close examination, there were both hypo and hyperpigmented macules of varying sizes being distributed over both trunk (Fig. 20.1) and extremities (Fig. 20.2).
