A 51-year-old man presents to the dermatology office for a full-body skin check-up. He has no personal or family history of skin cancer. He is concerned about multiple growths on his arms and back. He also would like a brown colour growth on his right upper abdomen checked. It has been present since childhood but he noticed a new growth near to that area. On physical examination, there is a brown patch inferior to the right areola with an overlying small pink-brown papule (82).
