Melanocytic and non-­melanocytic nevi, malformations, and tumors

Atypical fibroxanthoma

Chondrodermatitis nodularis helicisa

Cysts (i.e., epidermoid, trichilemmal, dermoid)

Epithelial and adnexal tumors: early-stage skin cancers (particularly basal cell carcinoma), fibroepithelioma of Pinkus (or premalignant fibroepithelial tumors of Pinkus), benign and malignant adnexal tumorsa, dermatofibrosarcoma, etc.

Fibromas, connective tissue hamartomas, sarcomas, and other tumors of the connective tissue
