QUESTION 83

A 25-year-old man presents for the evaluation of a growth on his scalp. Although it has been present since birth, he is concerned about the appearance and reports that it is occasionally tender with minor trauma. On examination, there is a large plaque with a yellow-orange hue located on the scalp with a pebbly surface (83).
