Nevus comedonicus
QUESTION 84
A 4-year-old girl presents to the pediatric dermatology office as a referral for changes on the left forearm that have been present since birth. According to the patient’s mother, the area appears to be spreading over the last year. There have been no treatments prior to this presentation. On physical examination, there are closely grouped slightly elevated papules with central black keratinous plugs as well as a few inflammatory papules in a linear unilateral distribution that follows the lines of Blaschko (84a, b).
