QUESTION 4


A 64-year-old woman presents to the dermatology clinic for evaluation of itchy bumps on the hands and wrists. The symptoms have been present for several months and seem to be spreading. On examination, there are multiple violaceous, polygonal flat-topped papules, some with overlying lacy white reticulations (4). There are no intraoral or genital lesions. Her past medical history is notable for hepatitis C infection.
