QUESTION 98

A 46-year-old Hispanic man presents to the clinic for the evaluation of a large scar on his chest. He does not remember any preceding injury or trauma to this area, and the area of scar involvement has increased over a course of months. He has associated itching, tenderness and sensitivity in the area. On examination, there is a large pink firm plaque on the central chest (98).
