QUESTION 78


A 41-year-old man presents to the dermatology clinic for the evaluation of dark linear lesions on his back. He has a medical history of chronic kidney disease (stage II), alcohol dependency and Hodgkin’s lymphoma, for which he is currently undergoing treatment. He states that the rash developed over 3 days and was initially extremely pruritic. On examination, there are linear hyperpigmented streaks across the back with few scattered excoriations (78).
