A 24-year-old female presented with pigmentation over face and hands since her adolescent age. She also noticed gradual involvement of extensor of legs. The lesions were small, brown, depressed macules of <0.5 cm size. On close examination, there were well demarcated hyperpigmented macules on dorsum of hands, flexors of distal forearms (Figs. 21.1 and 21.2) and legs. Palm and sole had small pits with breaks in ridge pattern (Fig. 21.3). Similar lesions were also present in her mother.
