QUESTION 94
A 67-year-old woman presents to the dermatology clinic for the evaluation of dark spots around her eyes. She states that she initially noticed a few spots, which developed over the past several years. She has tried to express the contents and notes a scant amount of black material. Her past medical history is notable for multiple nonmelanoma skin cancers of the scalp and face. On examination, there are multiple open comedones along the lateral and inferior aspects of the periorbital area, along with evidence of diffuse photodamage in the surrounding skin (94).
