QUESTION 97


A 37-year-old woman presents with skin colour changes on the left lower leg. She states that she sustained a twisting injury to the left ankle about 1 year ago and still has pain, which she treats with ibuprofen and heat packs. No previous treatments have been attempted. She denies any pruritus or pain. On examination, there is an area of reticular hyperpigmentation overlying the dorsal ankle (97).
