Chondrocutaneous Conchal Flap to The Upper Third of The Ear

Loss of the upper third of the ear can be repaired in one stage with a chondrocutaneous flap raised from the concha.
INDICATIONS
This type of reconstruction is indicated in deformities resulting from trauma and after surgical ablation, but in congenital microtia the concha is too small to provide donor tissue (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12).
