Abstract

Background

This study was to evaluate the sensory recovery in the lower lip and chin in patients who underwent segmental mandibulectomy involving inferior alveolar nerve and simultaneous reconstruction with fibular osteoseptocutaneous flap and interposition sural nerve graft.
