Lupus vulgaris with surrounding striae on the arm of a 26-year-old man. He had applied a clobetasol-ornidazole-ofloxacin-terbinafine combination cream for 2 years on the prescription of a general practitioner

Deep ulcers on the striae on the thighs of a 30-year-old pharmacist. He was self-treating his tinea with clobetasol-gentamicin-miconazole combination cream, occluded with a sanitary napkin. When the striae broke down, he applied more of the same cream on them under occlusion
