63.2 Surgery
The drawings for the inverted T mammoplasty are seen in Fig. 63.2a. The periareolar region was de-epithelialized (Fig. 63.2b), and the previous scar was included in the reduction (Fig. 63.2b, c). Following wide local resection, the medial and lateral breast flaps were mobilized (Fig. 63.2d) and rotated into the breast median (Fig. 63.2e
