Flexor Tendon Pulley Reconstruction

Abstract

Flexor tendon pulley reconstruction is relatively uncommon, and many technical treatment options have been described. The paucity of evidence in the literature supporting one technique can make these surgical decisions and surgeries challenging. Here, we present a focused review of the triple loop pulley reconstruction technique (Fig 2).
