A 27-year-old woman presents with stage 1A mycosis fungoides , less than 5 % of the whole body with negative TCR gene rearrangement and negative HTLV1. She achieved complete remission after treatment with psoralen plus ultraviolet A phototherapy (PUVA) (Figs. 21.1, 21.2, 21.3, 21.4, 21.5, 21.6, 21.7, and 21.8).
