A 45-year-old woman presented with stage 1A mycosis fungoides (less than 10 % of whole body skin involvement), negative HTLV1 serology with mild pruritus . After treatment, more than 90 % of lesions healed with phototherapy sessions with narrow-band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) (Figs. 15.115.9).
