Her treatment was started with 75 mg/day of prednisone and 2 g/day of mycophenolate mofetil . She has been treated with 15 mg/day of prednisone for the past 6 months and has had two recurrences on the same dosage. Now she has dispersed abortive lesions showing recovery and recurrence status. Therefore, steroid dosage has not been reduced lower than 15 mg.
