An 18-year-old girl presents with stage 1A mycosis fungoides, with negative TCR gene rearrangement and negative HTLV. She had complete remission of disease after treatment with psoralen plus ultraviolet A phototherapy (PUVA ) (Figs. 22.1, 22.2, 22.3, 22.4, 22.5, 22.6, 22.7, and 22.8).
