16.3 (Clinical and Cosmetic) Outcome

The postoperative follow-up was uneventful. The cosmetic result was satisfactory in the beginning. After some years, a fat necrosis became apparent, which leads to an unsatisfactory result after 5 years (Fig. 16.2
