First Patient
A 29-year-old woman has had lesions for 8 years; the patches were observable on hip, body, stomach, thighs, and forearms. Routine tests were normal, and patches were around 3 × 4 cm dimension, scaly, without itching. No history of eczema was reported by the patient.
The patient was diagnosed with mycosis fungoides (MF) and treated with narrow band ultraviolet B (NB-UVB) started with 12 s in a total of 89 sessions of phototherapy.
