18.2 Surgery
The preoperative drawings are seen in Fig. 18.2. A wide local (re)excision of the tumor area was performed, and the defect was reconstructed with a small thoracoepigastric flap (Fig. 18.3a–c). Sentinel lymph node biopsy revealed negative nodes.
